Levels Custom Apparel was founded in 2023 by James, who identified a gap in the market for high-quality embroidered clothing with a simpler, more professional ordering process. While studying at the University of Edinburgh, James saw how time-consuming and disjointed traditional embroidery services could be. In response, he launched Levels to offer a full-service solution, covering everything from product design and embroidery to photography, delivery and the setup of dedicated online stores for each client.

Levels began by supplying university sports clubs in Scotland and quickly grew through reputation and results. Today, we work with businesses, teams and individuals across the UK, providing consistently high-quality garments with minimal hassle. By creating custom online stores for our clients, we make reordering easy and ensure brand consistency over time.

Based in Somerset, Levels operates alongside its sister company, Arden St London, which specialises in high-end fashion. Together, our brands reflect a commitment to quality, reliability and customer-focused design. Since launch, Levels has proudly supplied dozens of organisations across the UK, and we’re just getting started.
